When performing heat treatment in vacuum furnace, the temperature and pressure waved abnormaly
Pls check attached chart paper for details.

Waiting for heat treatment master to solve.

Attached chart seems not showing enough details.
Was it happened offen or occasionally? Maybe furnace leaked if ofen or complex reasons if occasionally.

It happened suddenly.
We test the leak rate, and it is less than 0.2pa/hr.

Is it possible that occational fluctuation of temperature caused wave of presure synchronously? If true,should make sure your heating and its contral system running stably.
