请教：

    最近看到国外某公司标准上一段话：Achieving uniform martensite microstructure specification typically requires an impingement quench flow velocity on the entire surface of a part in excess of 0.76 m/s (2.5 ft/sec) for water and 1.07 m/s (3.5 ft/sec) for oil.
    不知其中“quench flow velocity”对应国内什么术语或概念，也不明白“0.76 m/s (2.5 ft/sec) for water and 1.07 m/s (3.5 ft/sec) for oil”对应国内什么速度或概念。
